Sinusitis issue - Fungal infection
I have sinusitis issue since last 2 years. Since last 2 months I am having on and off Episodes of stuffy nose due to sleeping in Ac and environmental dust. Regularly I am having crusty nose which I have to clear our every Morning. No pain, congestion feeling or post nasal drip. Just crusty nose every morning. I am worried if I am developing some fungal infection form of Sinus. Please help. Crust colour is mostly white/grey. No history of covid, diabetese or steroids intake. Was on antibiotics treats for sinus in may first week for 7 days. Took Cefuroxime Zyvidol and chemoral forte tabs.

Hi there. It's very common to have crusting and discomfort in summers. It's due to dehydration, excessive use of fan and Ac.
Next Steps
use fan and AC at low settings. drink lot of water . if you still feel it's dry , you can use saline nasal drops.
