Sinusitis and insomnia
I have sinusitis problem with insomnia . I'm taking cetrizine 10mg/day but not helping. What to do ❓ i m thinking to increase dose of cetrizine upto 15mg/day with fluticazone nasal spray. Can you please suggest some home remedies ❓ I've done vapour at face and head and only drinking hot boiling water. Any other techniques ❓
For insomnia I'm planning to take zoplidem.

Take decongestant nasal drops, not to take high dose of cetrizine. Insomnia can be due to nasal problem, stress, improper food habits, sleep disorder like sleep apnea.
