Sinus tachycardia

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello doctor I have anxiety from 3 months and got sinus tachycardia ecg with 148 bpm after that I again done ecg it showed normal. And I'm using beta blockers now from a month. Dpi need to continue for life long?pls help me out

You have to treat underlying anxiety to deal with this high heaet rate. Taking beta blocker is just a symptomatic treatment bit unless you treat the root cause of anxiety you will always have to be on beta blockers. I suggest you consult a psychiatrist
