Sinus tachycardia ecgs

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello doctor I got palpitations and it showed sinus tachycardia.I'm attaching my ecg's are these ecg's normal? I also did 2d echo test and it was normal.pls help me further any tests needed? Like treadmill or holter monitor?is this anything heart related? I'm worried pls help me I'm feeling a weird sensation like some pulsing like feeling in neck and lower back of head.
