Sinus sinus
Hello doctor, from past few days I have inflamed and blocked nose, It gets hard to Breath, Feels like airways or sinus are blocked, feel heavy in chest too, It seems like some bacterial infection or virus. There is no sneezes and cough. Everything is normal. Please suggest. Thank you.

Take one antibiotics and antihistamine
Health Tips
Steam inhalation may be with Vicks/amrutanjan/tulsi leaves/Karvol Plus inhalant capsule
Saline/Betadine solution gargles at least 3times a day
Take plenty of water
Avoid fast food and oily spicy food
Avoid cool drinks ,ice , icecream & cold water
