Hello, i have had a sinus infection for what seems like 7 months . i had a very bad habit of snorting cleaning supplies and it caused swollen turbinates and foamy sometimes thick mucus. what do you recommend for the unbearable congestion and discharge?

you have swollen turbinates and thick mucous discharge,nasal allergies should be evaluated.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
