Sinus infection and Asthama
I got operated for Nasal polyps in 15 years back. Since then, i am using Nasal spray. Presently i feeling sinus infection along with Asthma symptoms. ( Chest tightness , dizziness, lightheadedness after walking and night time snoring ) Regularly, i am cleaning my nose with luck warm water and after cleaning i am getting bleeding for some time.

Nasal polyps are known to reccur after surgery and many times there may associated airway allergy also. You should get a diagnostic nasal endoscopy. Also get yourself tested for airway allergy. Once diagnosis is confirmed appropriate treatment can be planned
