Sinus cold and cough
I have had this cough and cold for as long as I can remember. I have tried OTC meds but nothing has worked. I would like to try a Rx med like an antibiotic at this point. My voice is barely there.

I can understand your concern.
If you would like to try then go ahead.
But self medication isn't a good idea is it?
Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
He will examine you and then suggest you what you have to take. Antibiotics cannot be prescribed like sugar candies.
