Its over the counter (otc) products
Not Prescription medicine
U can take it for Skin problem
No any clinical data Awailable on this product by scientific research, but as menufracture said it works, but can't comment on its efficacy on menstruation problem

Acne, menstrual issues may be connected to hormonal issues.Though safi syrup is a Unani medicine to be consumed under prescription only, but it would be prudent to know the cause and get treatment accordingly.
How much time would it require depends on the cause , if any and it is advisable to take it with Luke warm water

1)Syp.safi is Safe.you can take with water.no problem will create in menstruation.
2)for better result.con.Tab Amypure 2 tab 2 times with safi
3)cont for 3 month.

Saafi is Unani medicine.It is a blood purifier.
As such taken as prescribed doesnot have any side-effects.
For acne u can take for 60 days two tsf twice a day in empty stomach.
After that as followup regime some planned diet should be followed.
