Side neck pain
Sir/mam, I m suffering from loss of cervical lordosis frm 2 months with back neck pain..with physiotherapy back neck pain reduced significantly But from past few days i m having pain in right side of front neck..the pain is like intermittent..happens for few seconds many times in a day..the pain also radiates to shoulder I m also having stiffness below chin area and chest area Also i have heart palpitations for which i went to cardiologist who diagnosed it sinus tachycardia on ECG I just want to know is this side neck pain due to heart palpitations or is it due to some other reason?
