Side lower back pain bowing down
Few days back I tried to pull a table at home from my right side. As the table was heavy it took lot of strength to pull it off the ground. After that I started feeling little pain near to the left pelvis. I noticed that the pain gets severe if I try to do some exercises in which I have to bow down and touch the ground. The whole day I don't feel much pain but as the winter season has started I feel severe pain while getting up from the bed in the morning. I tried many pain relieving balms and oils but the pain never gone completely. Even it gets severe if I use my back. It feels more like muscle cramp then a bone pain. Kindly help.
