My daughter 5 yrs old has typhoid. After giving first injection, after 1 hour her whole face has swollen and rashes have developed on the whole body. What is the reason and what should I do now?

Looks like an allergic reaction may be to monocef. She needs anti allergic medicine and change of antibiotics. Please consult your Pediatrician or take a second opinion
