Sickle beta thalassanemia

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I am facing sickle beta thalassanemia since 10 years and I am facing severe pain due to change of weather like fever with severe joint pains. Doctor consult saying that due to crisis and you have to drink 4 litres of water per day. I am single n my parents forced to marry. Please suggest me and give your valuable suggestions.
