What would be the right time to do beta HCG test? I did beta HCG test 45 days after Intercourse and the result came as 0.21mIU/ml. Was it too early to do beta HCG test? Is there any need of doing this test again to rule out pregnancy?

Serum Beta hcg tests are very sensitive, they are positive even before you have missed your periods. After 45 days if it's negative, there is no pregnancy.
