Shyness and tension
Hello sir, am 20 years old i have shyness problem, i cant feeling well while in public or group of new people especially girls are in that situation,at the time am feeling too much shy and tension ,if i am going in public place i feel like this "ALL ARE WATCHING ME (or) SOMEBODY JUST SEEING MY ACTIVITY " because of this thought i cant do my normal behaviour all time am acting and i hate that situation, shy for everything if i going public,meet new people,if girls are in that place, for all even i am not doing anything with a group of people i feel shy ,so i cant enjoy my life ,i want to relieve that type of mentality,please help me.. first of all what i need to do , How to clear this problem, Is this permanent curable.?, which type of doctor i need to consult.? If i take any treatment for this in future it will come.?
