Hello there. If pain management with pain killers and physiotherapy has not been of much help, your next option is to go for steroid injection. I would like to know if you have any other symptoms like difficulties in raising the upper limb above the shoulder level? Consult a orthopedician near you and talk to him about what can be done next. If steroid injection also doesn't give pain relief, the. Certain surgical procedures can be helpful to you which will be performed by a orthopedician. But don't stop physiotherapy without advice of a orthopedician. Continue it further. Don't ignore it further. Best regards, Dr. Anil Kumar Jain
