Shoulder stretch marks
Hello,
I have large stretch marks on my shoulders due to gumming which are quite old (5-6 years). It looks bad when I see my body. Please suggest some methods or ointments to get the stretch marks cleared.

Irregular weight training and exercises must be avoided. Get warm til oil massages.Yoga pranayam helps too.rest creams work too

Thanks for the query. Stretch marks are amenable to different therapeutic modalities with different success rates. Fraxel lasers offers most desirable results and have a downtime of 1-2 weeks. Other modalities include dermaroller with mesotherapy or only dermaroller and platelet rich plasma therapy. Certain topical also assist these treatments.
