Shoulder pain . unable to lift arm . problem persists since last four months. No improvement on application of balm. Not able to wear clothes.

hii..u have not mention, how much movt u r able to perform and when do u feel d pain..it could be a muscle tear, ligament tear, adhesive capsulitus or some other pathology..u should get checked by a physiotherapist asap
