Shoulder pain right arm after fallen dow
Severe shoulder pain in the area of upper neck to right arm shoulder. She fallen down after rolled over a stone and then since 10 days severe pain started.. had some pain relief tablets locally but still paining.
We are giving ice cube treatment on the affected area for the time being..but did not relieve.
Please advise medicines and right treatment

Since she got this injury from fall and able to lift arm .pain relived by ice fomentation. Kindly get XRay Shoulder AP view and connect with me on Practo chat for further management.
Till give her arm sling and apply volini gel or spray locally 3 /4 times a day.
Tab Zerodol SP x three times a day
Tab pan 40 mg x Once a day empty stomach.
