Hello ma'am may be your pain arrived because of work load it resolved with hot pack with some rest as well as if you are working then manage the thing will give you pain If you had you pain since long time I advised you to visit nearby clinic as well as physiotherapist in  practo too .

Pain may be due to wronge posture so postural correction advised. Visit a physiotherapist for proper guidence and treatment

Visit nearby physio, or take online assessment on practo by physio to understand the nature of pain, as the different nature of pain gives various diagnosis. And it is involving chest, so better get consulted by Physiotherapist.
Next Steps
For now do quiet breathing exercise for 10 repetitions 5 times daily with a gap of 2 hours in between of each set and work on your posture.

Do not perform heavy tasks like, lifting heavy objects, riding scooter for long time in bad roads, wringing clothes, constant and longtime working on laptop, and use of too many pillows
