If this pain is on movement of shoulder joint and neck and arm please take some Anti inflammatory medicine like TAB ZERODOL P OR DICLOMOL ORCOMBIFLAM TWICE A DAY AFTER MEALS ( if u r not allergic to any constituent)
It would be better to get examined at ur by some physician or Ortho sp.
Meanwhile u can also apply cold sponging and anti inflammatory gel.
If it is due to cervical or joint u can do excercise but later stage . I am advising keeping in view COVID TIME.
