Your pain may be related to ur work or bad posture during work, what we call it mechanical pain. The most important thing for a mechanical pain is that it increases after activity. But this needs to differentiated from inflammatory pain because treatment various based on diagnosis. Consult a Rheumatologist since this is non traumatic and chronic pain to rule out inflammatory cause.
