He needs further assessment. Physiotherapy and shoulder scapular cuff exercises might help him. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman, Shoulder Specialist Chennai.

Treatment will be decided not only on MRI report but what are his movements along with pains is there any associated conditions like diabetes and lastly seeing the MRI plates Please visit a Orthopaedic nearby
