Shoulder pain left side lower back pain
Whenever I take a backpack or am standing for too long or even with the strap of anything that tightens my shoulder, it gets stiff and pains until I lie down or rather sleep straight. Also I have this sharp needle like pain on my life side lower back. Am seeking chiropractor. Need no medicine.

• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily • . Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Stiffness can be reduced by warm water packs and stretching. Start neck , shoulder and back exercises regularly which will reduce your pain.

U need to have a hot fermentation and then a cold pack to relive ur pain over the shoulder kindly do some exercises for the shoulder for avoiding stiffness
