I fell into a pit and was rescued by someone who pulled my hand. In the process i felt a snap in my shoulder (i dont think it fully dislocated as the pain was not excruciating). After trying to heat massage the place for 4 weeks the pain is gone but when i move my shoulder back it pains. i purchased an immobilizer but when i put it my shoulder pains really bad. Why can't i put immobilizer? Can you help?
