  4. Shoulder pain. Relief from this pain?

I developed a pain in my left arm last night but I ignored it at that moment by thinking it was due to working whole day and went to sleep but was awaken in the middle of the night due to this pain and I couldn't even sleep properly since then as I am not even able to lie down properly or move my arm. The pain stretches from the shoulder to the palm and is constantly moving through that portion. I don't know anything about shoulder dislocation but can it be a case of the same? How can I get some relief from this pain?

This pain is coming from your neck and radiating through your arm. Moreover shoulder dislocation can occur after significant fall. You need some painkillers and hot fomentation as a first aid. Then consult an Orthopedic surgeon
