Tendinitis takes time to go. Continue with physiotherapy for 2 weeks. Ensure to do the exercises at home as well. Make sure that your posture is upright and not stooped as it too tends to narrow the space between the shoulder joints leading to constant pinching of the painful tendon on any movement.
Opt for cold pack to reduce inflammation
Next Steps
Consult online for proper assessment and treatment plan
Health Tips
Avoid lying on painful shoulder and jerky movements.
Continoue with physio therapy clinic for 5-8 more days . In addition to this this add shoulder strengthening exercises. At home opt for ice packs for pain relief
Shoulder tendonitis will take around 2-3 weeks of time, you should continue physio sessions.
You can consult back for more details about the treatment sessions and precautions.
kindly continue your physio modality sessions and start slow and steady exercises like isometric initially avoid overhead activities because this kind of pain will come once you disturb that tendon
this is an inflammatory condition for the inflammation you need to give rest on that part with k-tape as well as start ismotric exercises
