Shoulder pain from last 2 weeks
I am facing pain on my left shoulder from last 2 weeks currently I am taking pain killer and still feeling the restlessness. Can you tell me some remedies.

You may have rotator cuff injury ,go a physiotherapist ask for empty can test it will confirm that you have supraspinatus injury( most common)  to confirm, Do sonography

Avoid any activity by that hand for week ,don't sleep on that side for a while  and apply ice twice a day for 20 mints .do my keep ice for long time apply 10 sec and reapply  later do exsersice of scapula and shoulder.
