Its since long time that i have weakness in left arm and feels less control on the same.
Recently, while lifting weights in gym, my left shoulder got injured.
Its been more than a month and it still pain on particular moment.
Apart from this, shivering of both hands is observed many times.

Going with your description your muscles are not working in a coordinated manner. Weakness or shivering is not a concern.

Hello. Have you had an injury in the past? Weakness indicates either a muscular/tendon or Neurological problem. At your age, unless you have a previous injury, it is likely to be rotator cuff tendinopathy or tear. Please see an orthopaedic surgeon for full assessment. If there is no tear (you may need an ultrasound), then treatment is conservative with physio +/- injection.
Usually everyone have a dominant and un dominant sides of the body (left and right). The side which we use more may feels strengthen and the less uses feels bit weaker... But not in reality.
As now after 1 month of your shoulder injury you are felling restriction in the functional mobility..
You can start Physiotherapy treatment, it will improves your joint ROM and decreases pain.
