Usually everyone  have a dominant and un dominant sides of the body (left and right). The side which we use more may feels strengthen and the less uses feels bit weaker... But not in reality. As now after 1 month of  your shoulder injury you are felling restriction in the functional mobility.. You can start Physiotherapy treatment,  it will improves your joint ROM and decreases pain.
Next Steps
Physiotherapy treatment.. and check vitamin levels in your body.

Greetings, sorry about your concern. Going with your description your muscles are not working in a coordinated manner.   Weakness or shivering is not a concern.
Next Steps
see a physio with good background on exercises and correction exercise.  normally a physio dealing with  trigger point therapy and correction exercise will be helpful for you.
Health Tips
check vitamin B12 lever along with vitamin D3 level.  if low take injection or supplements,  will help reduce shivering.

Hello. Have you had an injury in the past? Weakness indicates either a muscular/tendon or Neurological problem. At your age, unless you have a previous injury, it is likely to be rotator cuff tendinopathy or tear. Please see an orthopaedic surgeon for full assessment. If there is no tear (you may need an ultrasound), then treatment is conservative with physio +/- injection.
