Dear sir I have shoulder muscles tear because of playing cricket from last 25 years as fast bowler.already done x ray of shoulder allignment is perfect.i m feeling numness in shoulder and rest of hand docor said might be muscles tissue tear in shoulder plz suggest medicine for tissue repair

There is no medicine for tissue repair. Take painkillers if hurting. Get a recent MRI scan and discuss with orthopaedician
