Shoulder joint and elbow joint pain
My shoulder joint and elbow joint pains occassionally around 1 to 2 times a week it generally occurs after a heavy workout at the sometimes  i feel like my shoulder joints are touching each other as if there is low cartilage in my joints. I don't want to treat it in allopathy is there any provision in ayurveda?My body weight is 80 kilos and I do weight training 6 days a week for 2 hours

Your main goal should be towards losing weight as you are tall enough this weight doesn't seem to be much. Just reduce 2 to 4 kgs. Avoid sugar, maida in your diet. Don't use carbonated drinks. Also avoid junk. Have plenty of fruits ,vegetables ,sprouts,. Eat eggs ,  fish. Calcium rich foods. Expose for sunlight everyday 15 mins early morning.

No need to do 2 hrs of weight training everyday. that is excess. Do it for 45 mins. walking that is brisk walk is the best exercise also cycling, skipping or jogging. Don't do anything in excess. weight training for 2 hrs is hurting your shoulders and elbows. reduce for 30 to 45 mins. That will solve your problem. Our bodies are not designed for any extra exertion. possible damage to blood vessels formation of clots will be there and due to excess gym weight training you might have seen many youngsters suffering from heart attacks. just due to clots dislodging and blocking heart vessels. Many youngsters who are into gyms and excess exercise workouts suffer from heart attacks. So don't over exert yourself.
