  4. Shoulder dislocation. Please help me!

Shoulder dislocation
I think long back my left shoulder got dislocated while playing. I ignored that pain. Everytime i rotate my left shoulder i gets 'tuk' sound and feel nerve making that sound. now when I go for workout i get pain in my shoulder after some point of time. Please help me regarding my issue.
