Some times mattress/bed may cause such pains like excessive cushioning is not good. Try to use a firm/coir mattress. Use pillows to adjust your position in bed for comfort and proper support to neck
Pregnancy does not give rise to shoulder pain or arm pain. Need to consult the orthopedic dr followed by physiotherapy. Hope you are on your mineral supplements.
