Take x ray of the shoulder, visit nearest physiotherapy centre and take electro therapy treatment for a week. dont put pressure on the affected shoulder. hot water fermentation twice a day will help reduce pain.

For shoulder pain keep ice and try not to sleep on the same hand if any restrictions in shoulder means go x ray and consult physio near by for back pain don’t lift weights by forwarding try to sleep on wooden table
