Should we continue medication of high BP
My father has been regularly taking Tenoric-50 for about 15 years to keep his high BP in control and his reading normally shows around 130 - 90. However, from a few days, his BP has been fluctuating from 110 -75 to 120-80. Is it safe for him to keep taking the drug? His age is 63

Hello, Anti hypertensive medicines should not be suddenly stopped. Dose modification may be needed if blood pressure falls further. Is he on any additional medicines besides tenoric 50? What is his heart rate?
Next Steps
Ideally a kidney function test should be done to assess for renal parameters and electrolytes.
