I have pain in my right side shoulder when i push something heavy in gym. It used to pain while moving my hand behind buy it stopped now. I still have pain while doing push ups or chest, shoulder workout. I have tried hot water and cold water therapy but still waiting for good result. Any good medicine over the counter to cure it?
