My AMH is 2.7 , had one failed ivf. 11 eggs were collected, 7 fertilized and 2 reached blast. One was transfered but failed with chemical and frozen one sent for PGS which turned to be abnormal. I am trying for 2 years and age is 42 years.

It’s not that 42 year old don’t have success through IVF . If your eggs are not as good , you can surely try donor eggs . Just talk to ur fertility specialist .
