Should I take iron supplements?
My body temp is always low, I feel cold a lot ( have been for many years) and am 34 years old. Should I take iron supplement? Or get tested for iron deficiency?

I would advise you to get your blood tested before you take the supplements. Do a CBC and thyroid profile. Based on the results start the treatment.
