If you've scissors bite then you must go for orthodontic treatment. Duration would depend upon your existing condition. Any filling required should be done before putting braces and implants after that.

First you need to address the scissor bite for which you need to undergo braces or orthodontic treatment. Yes before you begin with the braces treatment, generally all fillings are done. Braces treatment duration would depend on severity of correction. Considering your age it would definitely be a minimum of 12 months of active treatment and then retention.
Next Steps
To get an implant done you need a sound biting surface, without which it would be difficult to achieve a long term results.

Hello Mam, Taking your age into consideration, you should opt for Orthodontic treatment. Before this a round of cleaning and then all fillings needed should be completed.Ortho treatment duration could range from 15-18 months. Implant should be planned only after this, once the bite is stabilised.Regards,Dr Sumanmakam, dental arts, jayanagar,B'lore.
