Shortness of breath when eating
I am having difficult in breathing mostly when eating and after small exertion ,I am having anxiety ( panic disorder) problem so may this cause that shortness of breath ? Or other conditions?? Pls guide me

Anxiety is the cause of your Breathing problem... It's called Sighing or sigh. Do regular cardio and Breathing exercises like pranayamas, skipping and brisk walking. If anxiety persistent get psychiatrist consultation.
