Shortness of breath
From last few days after taking lunch my father facing problem to take breath for 10 to 15 min. After that he takes sorbitrate 5 he feels better. It happen 2 times daily . As he is patient of copd . If any one kindly guide me.

COPD is associated with cardiac problems also. As per your description it seems to be cardiac insult. Consult cardiologist

Known COPD and concomitant heart disease with worsening of breathing problems is early signs of right heart failure. Needs evaluation and precautions can’t be ignored.
