Shortness of breath and palpitations
Once or twice a month since april, I woke up with shortness of breath and palpitations but in april I did all the tests cbc,LFT,RFT, Lipid, THYROID, Sugar, HbA1c and many more, I also done ECG,2d echo, TMT test all came back normal, why do i feel like that I'm having difficulty catching my breath and my heartbeat increases upto 120, my BP remains normal most of the day LIKE 117/78 but when I feel this it goes upto 130/90, then it came back normal.
