Shortness of breath at night
I woke up after falling asleep for a short time on the couch last night and I was short of breath I was shaky and it took me a while to calm myself down. I have been noticing that I have been having shallower breathes when I wake up but it was never this bad. I don’t know if it’s related but I also have bad feet circulation (they get cold easy and get swollen when I sit for too long).
