Short term memory loss
I am suffering from short term memoery loss and depression also unable to concentrate on anything whatever i do. Negative thoughts are always there in my mind. Always feeling helpless nobody is there to understand me or listen to me. I was in a relationship but it is no more. Even i am not able to make friends easily. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
