consume more of calcium rich food like milk, curd, buttermilk, home made paneer, cheese ( in moderation) . Cereals like ragi(nachni), rajgeera. Have more of dark green leafy vegetables, pulses like channa, rajmah, kulthi dal.Consume oil seeds like til, halim( garden cress seeds), nuts like almonds, ground nuts, sunflower seeds
If you are a non vegetarian then consume fish with bones.
