I am a short heighten boy with 5 feet and 4 inches height and I need to grow my height to around 5.5 to 5.6 feet, inches. I need medicine and supplements guidance needed for this problem

Do some stretching exercises and suspension exercises. See a endocrinologist if he could help. It's already 18 years so less likely. And
