I want to reduce height
What should I do to reduce/decrease 3 to 4 inches height? Any exercise or food habit pls let me know.

Nothing is impossible in this world . You need help of both limb reconstruction surgeon and psychological evaluation before something is done.

I've had people of average height wanting to increase their height, this is probably the first time am seeing someone of average height wanting to reduce height.......... The answer is no though........

5.4 is standard height for Indian female population. There's no way u can reduce ur height  with medication.
