Short height , not showing any growth
Im 18 years now but just being 5’3” tall. I am even trying honeopathy,ayurvedic medicene , even joined gym for mist of height workout, trying a lot but due to no results for last 4 months im even reducing my home streching and exercise time . Please now suggest me some way to tackle it as fast as i can and gain abot 4 inches .need it give some fasttrack remedy to achieve these inches. I want to add my father is 5’6”. And mom being shorter than me just about 1 inch

Height and weight etc are influence by nutrition, hereditary etc Growth is controlled by growth hormone by pituitary gland.its production is maximum in teenage. Height won't increase after the age of 18-20 due to the closure of the growth plates of the bones. As you are in your 18.I  am not sure about your growth plated dead or alive now.( let's hope for 2 more years)
