Short Height
I am short in height ( 5'2") and all my family members are also tall except my dads mother. So, what are the best ways to grow tall in a natural way rather than taking some unnecessary medicines or is it the genes due to which i'm short in height?

Female height can increase till age 21 yrs & males till 18 yrs of age. But yes we can take chance & do best Exercises:- 1) Skipping at least 10 min 2) Pull ups 3) tadasan, stretching & suryanamaskar in yoga 4) Hold horizontal iron bar which is 2 feet from your height & let the body hang for as long as possible to hold on. This will stretch spinal muscles as well back bone which will help in increasing height. 5) increase natural calcium diet . Medicines to provide you nutrition & stimulate growth

Hello it is the time for you to grow, during the adolescent age that a person will be having high levels of growth hormone. You can grow up to ~18to20years. Growth not only depend on your genetics but also on environmental factors. So don't worry, Eat high proteinesous foods, do jogging skipping, pull ups, cycling, swimming , sleep well at night, good sleep increase growth hormone levels, play tennis, volleyball, or basket ball, all helps you to grow.
