Hello, its said that boys grow up to the age of 21. Growth of height is different in every individual. the height each person acquires is partly genetic and partly on the lifestyle and nutrition. If your family members are shorter in height then there are chances of you not growing very tall. But other sources that can help one is good nutrition, i.e a good intake of protein, majorly good quality protein, which we get through a blend of cereals and pulses, milk and milk products, lean cuts of meat and fish. exercise also plays an important role, also the type of exercise you do matters. We would try to avoid lifting weights now, and focus more on stretches, like handing in rods, cycling, swimming, also basket ball. these are a few things that you can try.
